All parts sold by Ultimate Used Auto Parts come with a standard 60day part warranty. This protects the original purchaser on the part purchased for 60 days from the date of purchase. If the part fails Ultimate Used Auto Parts will attempt to get a replacement part for the customer. If Ultimate Used Auto Parts is unable to get a replacement part they will refund the purchase price of the part.

New and rebuilt parts have a 90 day warranty exchange only in a timely manner if we are out of stock

Special order parts are NOT returnable

Used engines must have new oil and filter installed at time of installation and every 3,000 miles thereafter

Engine warranty is void if heat tab is melted or removed

Ultimate Used Auto Parts at its option may replace or repair the parts

Ultimate Used Auto Parts does not assume responsibility for towing charges, lay-up time, telephone charges, loss due to down time, cost of lodging, cost of vehicle use convenience, car or truck rental, any and all labor cost
